I had my old, tired wooden floors refinished by Urban Designs Hardwood Flooring in July of 2023. My friends, family, and I could not believe the stunning beauty of our wooden floors after they were refinished! The tradesmen were on time each day and friendly! The owner told me exactly what to do before and after the process which helped us plan effectively! Mr. Taylor knows how to make the flooring in your home a showstopper! He was so sweet he even had his crew make three new transitions for us for free! Our floors were refurbished pine from a church ceiling and installed 16 years ago. They suffered a lot of damage over the years from pets and the wrong kind of rugs. We've used Chris to Refinish the floors in several of our houses. He not only refinishes but also repairs hardwood floors. He removed a floor furnace, laced in new wood and stained it to match. It looks amazing! The price to have him refinish our floors was cheaper than having vinyl put down. We use Urban Designs exclusively!

These guys did an excellent job on refinishing one of our bedrooms hardwood floors.
